1. What this service is

x-tract.me is an information service that collects and displays travel prices offered by third-party sellers. The service is not a carrier, a tour operator, a travel agency or a ticket seller, and is not a party to any contract of carriage.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Prices and availability

• Prices are for reference: they are the result of the last data collection, not an offer to enter into a contract and not a reservation.
• A price may change or disappear by the time you reach the seller. The final cost is set by the seller on their own page.
• All prices are shown for one adult passenger. The service does not price trips for several passengers, for children or for infants.
• The service does not check or guarantee seat availability.
• The service does not book seats and does not hold prices. A seat is secured only when a booking is created with the seller, and how long it is held is set by the fare rules and the seller.
• Baggage and fare conditions are derived from seller data and may be incomplete; a dash means "unknown".

3. Going to the seller

Purchase links are affiliate links: an affiliate identifier is passed along, and if a purchase happens the service receives a fee from the seller. Your price does not change because of it, and the order of results does not depend on the size of that fee.

Once you follow the link, the terms, offer and policies of the site you land on apply. Payment, ticket issue, changes, refunds and support are handled by the seller.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the data accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, or that the site is continuously available.

We are not responsible for the actions of sellers and carriers, for changed or cancelled flights, for denied boarding, or for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the reference data on this site. The decision to buy is yours, having checked the conditions on the seller's page.

5. Using the site

• The materials on the site may be used for personal, non-commercial trip planning.
• You may not collect data automatically, send bulk requests to the site or its API, or otherwise interfere with its operation.
• You may not copy the results in order to build a similar service.

A single price is a fact, and no one can own facts. The collected database, however — its selection, order and presentation — is the result of our work, and the rights to it belong to the service.

6. Changes

These terms may change: the service is being developed, and some of the current limitations will be lifted over time — passenger selection, for one. The version published on this page is the one in force.

7. Who is responsible for the service

The site is run by a private individual, not a company. There is no office and no call centre, and it shows in how the service is built: nothing is sold here and nothing is booked here.

Everything — questions, complaints and legally significant messages — is accepted at automaticworkers@gmail.com. The person who runs the site reads it.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms and your use of the site are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

A dispute is first settled in writing: send your complaint to the address above and describe what happened. We answer within 30 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court under Russian law.
